A breakdown is always annoying, but unfortunately cannot be 100% prevented. We are happy to provide a suitable solution!
In any case, always contact our customer service department first before returning an item for warranty. This way we can go through the necessary steps with you to see if your item is indeed defective and email you the appropriate instructions.
- Within the legal guarantee period (2 years), your defective item can be exchanged for a new or repaired item without any problem.
- In the case of extra manufacturer's warranty (after 2 years), the manufacturer will look for a solution directly with you. Please contact our customer service, so that we can refer you to the right person.
Outside the warranty period, the cost of repair or exchange will be borne entirely by the customer.
What about returning a defective product under guarantee?
- If your item is defective within 30 days of receipt, we will arrange for it to be returned. You will receive a free return label from us.
- If your product is defective after 30 days, you must arrange for the return shipment yourself. You choose the courier service to return your item. We will process your return within 14 days and provide you with an appropriate solution.
Please note that if you return an item for warranty which is not found to be defective when tested, we will charge €25 excl. If our customer service team gives you instructions to test an item first, please follow them carefully.
