You will receive a replacement article within five working days at the earliest, ten working days at the latest, after we have received your exchangeable article.
When you request a replacement, we will immediately place a new, separate order for you and cancel the old one. This will also be visible in your account. We will send the new copy as soon as we have received your return and any difference in payment has been settled (an additional payment if the item is more expensive, a refund if the item is cheaper).
We can ship items that are in stock right away. You will receive the new copy within five workdays. As with a regular order, we'll let you know by email when we'll ship the new item, and you can track that shipment in your account and via the track & trace link.
